The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is proud to again be a sponsor of the Jamaican Women of Florida’s (JWOF) Annual Women’s Empowerment Conference & Scholarship Luncheon, scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020 in Miami, Florida.

The Board’s support of this annual conference is our way of saluting your membership of women who have boldly reached out, seeking betterment for your communities, both in the USA and Jamaica.

When it comes to partnerships, the JTB and JWOF are a natural fit. Your members embody everything the JTB markets and promotes about Jamaica and its people, including energy, empathy and dynamism. We are inspired by the fellowship with and uplifting words from the male and female role models who form the panel of mentors at the conference each year.

Our sponsorship allows us to showcase our beloved homeland, truly The Heartbeat of the World, a tiny dot on the map, having tremendous global influence. We get to remind our fellow Jamaicans and show non Jamaican guests that there is much to be gained from a visit to Jamaica, including firsthand experience of our cuisine, culture, music, warmth and friendship. This year, we have a lot of exciting on-island events and experiences to share. To quote our Business Development Manager, Christopher Wright, “I no longer go to Jamaica on vacation, I go on an adventure!”

Thank you JWOF for again offering us this opportunity to not only promote Destination Jamaica but also contribute to what we are certain will be another successful conference.

One Love!
