There are some seemingly insignificant, prompts that tell us it’s time to rebalance. It’s the ever so slight but impactful changes from our “norm” to some undesirable, unacceptable, place on our personal expectation scale. So gradual that’s not immediately apparent, just like weight gain or loss. We stop listening with intent to those personal nudges that says- get back to the center, you are too far left or right, of whatever center is for you.
